Centre Managers Can Now Mass Message Learners

Occasionally, a centre manager will want to send a message to one, a group or all Learners within the centre.

The messaging module enables them to do just that!

Click the ‘Messaging’ and a popup will appear showing all ‘Active’ Learners registered in the ARODS system. Use the search box to search for specific learners.

Select one, a few or all learners and click ‘add message’.

Type your message, adding any formatting that you like

Now click ‘Send’.

The message will be sent to the Learner’s ARODS inbox and their personal email address.

Coaches Can Now Mass Message Thier Learners

Occasionally, a coach will want to send a message to one, a group or all of thier Learners.

The messaging module enables them to do just that!

Click the ‘Messaging’ and a popup will appear showing all ‘active’ Learners assigned to you. Use the search box to search for specific learners.

Select one, a few or all learners and click ‘add message’.

Type your message, adding any formatting that you like

Now click ‘Send’.

The message will be sent to the Learner’s ARODS inbox and their personal email address
