Centre Managers Can Create Centre Wide Resources

Most Centres supply their Learners with resources to help them on their apprenticeship journey. Use the resources module as a central bank for all the resources required.

You first need to create a resource record. For example, a ‘Health and safety resources’ record. Then you can upload pdfs, word documents, spreadsheets and videos. You can also add links to any web URL, such as YouTube.

PLEASE NOTE: You can create multiple resource records with files and links.

Coaches Can Create Resources For Thier Learners

Coaches sometimes supply their Learners with resources to help them on their apprenticeship journey. Use the resources module as a central bank for all the resources required.

These resources will be available to all Learners assigned to you.

You first need to create a resource record. For example, an ‘EPA Pack’ resource record. Then you can upload pdfs, word documents, spreadsheets and movies. You can also add links to any web URL, such as YouTube.

PLEASE NOTE: You can create multiple resource records with files and links attachments.

Learners Can Access Resources

The resource module is where you will find resources that will help you complete your apprenticeship.

Click on the ‘Resources link’ to display a list of resources.

Click the icon to display the resource.
